NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011044-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Miguel Torres; Clerk of Court of Orange County Florida; GE Capital Financial, Inc.; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Blanca Torres; Unknown Spouse of Miguel Torres; Unknown Spouse of Blanca Torres; Unknown Tenant(s) in possession of the subject property; ISPC; Vanessa M. Caballero-Torre are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 20th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK L, CHRISTMAS PARK FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGES 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 1990 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOMES; VIN NUMBERS: PH093180A AND PH093180B.
