Final Judgment was awarded on April 2, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 022825, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2007-3 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3, is the Plaintiff, and, GLEN MORRISON; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
