BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY G. CLARK; JACKIE L. CLARK A/K/A JACKI CLARK; UNITED STATES SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 28 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1458, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 20A THROUGH 20F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
