NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 7, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2012CA05666 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and GEORGE JOSEPH NAULTY and NANCY CAMPBELL, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 16, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, WAGNERS CLEARVIEW SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
