LOT 11, BLOCK T, WINDSOR PARK, UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 50 THROUGH 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3707 35th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on APRIL 22, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
