NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003243 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-NC5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC5 is the Plaintiff and Richard Marin, Carpentras At The Villages Of Avignon Homeowners Association, In, New Century Mortgage Corporation, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Victoria Pyle, Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Michael Pyle, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 A.M. on February 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 170, Oak View, Phase Iii, As Per Plat Thereof As Recorded In Plat Book 48, Pages 21 Through 26, Of The Public Records Of Manatee County, Florida.
