NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2010CA000467AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18 is the Plaintiff and Lewis Kirk Robinson, Tammy J. Robinson, United States Of America, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 A.M. on March 7, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
