NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 27, 2013, in Case No. 2012-CA-005268 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF VNT TRUST SERIES 2010-2, is Plaintiff, and RENEE Y. PERRICONE, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The north 20.4 feet of Lot 19, and all of Lot 20, Block M of a Re-subdivision of Bear's Subdivision as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 324 of the public records of Manatee County, City of Bradenton, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
