June 4, 2010,

NOTICE is given that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated November 21, 2012, in Case No. 12-CA-2485, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which GREAT WESTERN BANK is the Plaintiff, and in which OSMIN ANTONIO CONDE AND IRIS YANIRA IRIZARRY-CONDE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Third Floor Lobby, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on 19 (day of week), February, 2014 (date), the following described property set forth below:
EAST 180' OF TRACT NO. 13 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 90 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
