NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-02276 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Nestor Rodriguez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Juana Espinosa, Tenant #2 n/k/a Luciano Gonzalez, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 115, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
