NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 14, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-008489 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Larry D. Avins, Jr. and Julie I. Avins, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET, MANALEE FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
