NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31st, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003955, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass Through Certificates, Plaintiff and TAMARA M HANSON; WILLIAM C HANSON; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE on this March 4th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
