NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 14, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 003268 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff, and, RAYMOND HILLMAN, II; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND HILLMAN, II; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on February 14, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 74-C, SHADYBROOK VILLAGECONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 625, PAGE 486 THROUGH 500 AND AS AMENDED AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 42 AND 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
