Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 16, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 13, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 45, BLOCK 1, STAGECOACH VILLAGE PARCEL 2, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 13, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
