NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-001804-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Christina Loder and Ronald Loder, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, CHALFONT VILLAS PLAT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF LOT 16, CHALFONT VILLAS PLAT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID PORTION BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 16 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 00°00'45” WEST ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 16, 8.33 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°59'58” EAST, 29.72 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SILVER CIRCLE; THENCE SOUTH 00°00'02” EAST ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY, 8.33 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE NORTH 89°59'58” WEST ALONG SAID LOT 16, 29.72 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
