NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 14, 2013, and entered in CasE No. 09-012634-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and PETER PERISIC; UNKNOWN TENANT#1 N/K/A JAMIE MEXTER; UNKNOWN TENANT#2 N/K/A SHERENNA MEXTER; RIVO AT RINGLING; MERS AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; ALEKSANDRA PERISIC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on FEBRUARY 11, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. PH106, RIVO AT RINGLING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006179441, INCLUSIVE AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 39, PAGES 48 THROUGH 48Q, AS AMENDED CONDOMINIUM BOOK 40, PAGES 2 THROUGH 2Q, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
