LYNCH; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; RAPALLO FOUR ASSOCIATION, INC.; COCONUT POINT-NORTH VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE CLUB AT RAPALLO, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEX LYNCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE L. LYNCH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1-4 are Defendants.

UNIT NO. 48-303, RAPALLO FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000441032, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
