NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-020075-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R2, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES OF DEBBIE HALTINNER DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); JACARANDA WEST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION #1; REYNALDO J. GARCIA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; DEBBIE HALTINNER; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on FEBRUARY 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33037, VENICE GARDENS, UNIT NO. 33, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 36A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
