Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated January 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 51-2012-CA-002303-XXXX-ES, in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and MARK NARANKEVICIUS, et al., are the Defendants, Pasco County Clerk of Court - East Side will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 630 FEET OF THE NORTH 210 FEET OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 IN SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of May, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
