NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-006345-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC, is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS SCOTT TOBIN; THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR M&I BANK FSB; LISA A TOBIN are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on FEBRUARY 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 449, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT FIVE-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 48 THROUGH 50, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
