NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 6, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. I 51-2012-CA-005793-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of CWABS, INC., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-13, Plaintiff and Cypress Walk Townhome Condominium Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 8, BUILDING 2 OF THE TOWNHOMES AT CYPRESS WALK, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 7224, PAGE 1556, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
