NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 17, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-054402 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 2014 on 19 day of Feb, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit No. 1610, of THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded under Clerk File No. 2005000044163, as amended by First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded under Clerk's File No. 20050000158980, and Second Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded under Clerk's File No. 2006000057403, Third Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded under Clerk's File No. 2006000123915, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
