NOTICE is HEREBY given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, Grand Oaks Master Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 13th day of January, 2014. I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on February 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 64, Block 1, of GRAND OAKS PHASE 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 50, Page 112, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Grand Oaks community at 25936 Terrawood Loop, Land O'Lakes, FL 34639 (the “Property”).Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
