NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007483 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jonathan Cruzio; Unknown Spouse of Jonathan Cruzo if any; Kassandra L. Reese; Unknown Spouse of Kassandra L. Reese if any; Theresa A. Reese; Unknown Spouse of Theresa A. Reese; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenant in Possession; City of Sarasota, Florida are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 992, TWENTY-FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
