NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 1, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007390-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and DEBRA GUTHRIE; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15, JACKSON HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
