NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 22, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 2009-CA-018529-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6, is the Plaintiff and SARA FLETES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARA FLETES N/K/A CARLO BETANCOURT; TENANT #1 N/K/A JENNET RODRIGUEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 02/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE SOUTH 120.2 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK B, LENRAY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 43 AND 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND ALSO AN EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH OTHER OWNERS ABUTTING THEREON, OVER AND ACROSS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED STRIP OF LAND, TO WIT: BEGIN AT A POINT 25 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 26, BLOCK B, LENRAY HEIGHTS; THENCE WEST TO A POINT 25 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 14, BLOCK B, LENRAY HEIGHTS; THENCE NORTH 50 FEET; THENCE EAST TO A POINT 25 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 13, BLOCK B, LENRAY HEIGHTS, THENCE SOUTH 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
