NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001390-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC1, is the Plaintiff and TERRY CAIN; DEBORAH CAIN; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A HEATHER DUNHAM are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 03/12/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
