NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2013, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on February 12, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 636, LAKE BERNADETTE GARDENS, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
