The administration of the estate of JAMES W. THOMAS, deceased, File No. 2013 CP 4456 NC is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237. The estate is testate and the dates of the decedent's Will and any codicils are February 15, 2012. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
Any interested person on whom a copy of the notice of administration is served must object to the validity of the Will (or any codicil), qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court, by filing a petition or other pleading requesting relief in accordance with the Florida Probate Rules, WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATION ON TH EOBJECTING PERSON, OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. Any person entitled to elective share is required to file an election to take elective share WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW.
