NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 005236 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A7CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-G UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and PRISCILLA DEMOSS A/K/A PRISCILLA SMITH A/K/A PRISCILLA L. SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PRISCILLA DEMOSS A/K/A PRISCILLA SMITH A/K/A PRISCILLA L. SMITH; GLEN DEMOSS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLEN DEMOSS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 12th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 937, SECOND REPLAT OF FIFTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 3 AND 3A THROUGH 3C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN AND TO COMMON STREETS, PARKS AND OTHER SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AS PROVIDED IN THE ORIGINAL CONVEYANCE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM THE DEVELOPER OF THE SUBDIVISION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
