TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES OVER THE PROPERTY, DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT DATED OCTOBER 6, 1997 AND RECORDED OCTOBER 9, 1997 IN O.R. BOOK 3022, PAGE 1154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
