NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 21, 2014, entered in the above captioned action, CASE N0.2009-CA-013672 NC, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on March 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 38, RIVER FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 114 AND 114A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
