NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed January 17, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-056161of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JOHNATHON FILLENWORTH; ADRIENNE FILLENWORTH; ASSOCIATES ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC; GOLD COAST ASSETS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19 day of February, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

This property is located at the Street address of: 1924 NE 18TH PLACE, CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA 33909.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
