NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed January 17, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-053859, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GLORIA G. HILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA G. HILL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 8 ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2021, PAGE 3527, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 14831 SUMMERLIN WOODS DRIVE #1, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA 33919.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
