NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure dated January 9, 2014, entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006945 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Detusche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI2003QS15 is the Plaintiff and Gail P. Borden; The Unknown Spouse of Gail P. Borden; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4; the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 18th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, LESS THE NORTH 8 FEET THEREOF, KEW GARDENS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 205, OF THE PUBLIC REOCRDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
