AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT BELLA TERRA, INC.; BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; are Defendants.
