NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 006100 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JANET OQUENDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET OQUENDO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 14th day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 456, 9TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
