RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed January 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 014248 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-S3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and BRETT STEWART A/K/A BRETT A. STEWART, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 14 AND THE SOUTHWESTERLY 5 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK H, BAY VIEW ACRES,AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 63 AND 63A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
