NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010978WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER J. PATTI; CLERK OF COURT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN K. MAKI and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of February, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 200 FEET OF EAST 350 FEET OF NORTH 300 FEET OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME, PERMANENTLY AFFIXED AND SITUATED THERETO, UPON THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED ABOVE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
