NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will not before March 4, 2014, on the 5 day of March, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed in the above-styled action on December 4, 2013, the following described property in Lee County, Florida:

Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers, and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate described above (all referred to as “Property”). The term Property also includes, but is not limited to, any and all water wells, water, ditches, reservoirs, reservoir sites and dams located on the real esate and all riparian and water rights associated with the Property, however established.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim on same with the Clerk of the Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
