NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 24th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-007065-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and BRANDY VERVERS; CHRISTOPHER P. NELSON; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; JOHN DOE N/K/A KEN FOSS; JANE DOE N/K/A DAWN SHARFITZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of February, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
