NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will on the 24 day of February, 2014, at beginning 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Unit Week 22, of Condominium Unit 01 of ROYAL BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 1530, at Page 1352, as is subsequently amdended, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; and
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
