NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated October 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 58-2011-CA-010398 NC, Division: A, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3, is Plaintiff, and JAMES C. RILEY A/K/A JAMES RILEY; MICHELLE D. RILEY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Comat 9:00 a.m.on the 19th day of February, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1622, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NO. 18, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
