NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2014 entered in Case No. 11-CA-050673 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RBC BANK (USA) F/K/A RBC CENTURA BANK, is the plaintiff, and DARRON GOLDMAN, et al. are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on February 19, 2014, the following described property situated in Lee County, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 9, CALOOSA PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
