LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-10N, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and EDWARD J. KEMP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD J. KEMP; DONALD MCCOLLIM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD MCCOLLIM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; OCEAN HARBOR CONDOMINIUM OF FORT MYERS BEACH ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at [X] BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21 day of Feb, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 402, of OCEAN HARBOR CONDOMINIUM OF FORT MYERS BEACH, Phase I, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium on file and, as recorded in Official Records Book 2265, at Page 538, as amended by amendment to Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in OR Book 2269, at Page 1900, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with the exclusive use of the limited common elements described as Storage Room 402, Phase I.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
