NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed Jan 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2011-CA-054376 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP whose address is c/o Green Tree Servicing, LLC, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ESTATE OF FRED PRUSA AKA FRED E. PRUSA, DECEASED; VALERIA A. PRUSA; PHILIP PRUSA; STEPHANI A. ITIBROUT; WILLIAM J. HOLCOMB JR.; APRIL-MARY A. HOLCOMB; JONATHAN'S BAY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19 day of Feb, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 601 PHASE 9, JONATHAN'S BAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000021492, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
