NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed January 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-052117 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-PR2 Trust Plaintiff and Barbara Ann Delassus a/k/a Barbara A. Delassus a/k/a Barbara A. Matz a/k/a Barbara Matz, Individually and as Trustee of the Barbara A. Delassus Trust, Date July 15, 2000 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 19, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
