YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment, reformation of a deed and mortgage, to determine heirs, and to foreclosure a mortgage on real property in Lee County, Florida, commonly known as 242 Laurent Court, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33936, and which is legally described as follows:
Lot 6, Block A, a Replat of Blocks A, B, C, and D, of AMBERWOOD ESTATES, as recorded in Plat Book 28, at Page 79, Section 4, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, Florida According to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 79, Public Records, Lee County, Florida
and
A PORTION OF TRACT “A”, AMBERWOOD ESTATES, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, AT PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK A, AMBERWOOD ESTATES, OF AFOREMENTIONED SECTION 4; THENCE SOUTH 87º50'32” WEST, ALONG THE PROLONGATION OF THE NORTH LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 6, A DISTANCE OF 35.00 FEET, TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF RICHMOND AVENUE; THENCE SOUTH 02º03'28” EAST, ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF RICHMOND AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 123.40 FEET; THENCE NORTH 87º50'32” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 35.00 FEET TO THE REAR LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE NORTH 02º03'28” WEST, ALONG SAID REAR LOT LINE OF LOT 6, A DISTANCE OF 123.40 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID PARCEL CONTAINING 0.99 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Ryan W. Owen, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before March 10, 2014 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
