NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Cancelling Foreclosure Sale and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on this 17th day of January 2014 in Case No. 2012-001726-CI-033 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein United States of America is Plaintiff, and Richard E. Major, Deceased, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on February 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 12, 2013, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 5, GARDEN MANOR SECTION THREE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
