NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-6320-CI-11, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GRAND VENEZIA COA, INC., is Plaintiff, and ANN TODERO and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT, are Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 18, 2014, to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Unit 1132, The Grand Venezia at Baywatch, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 14030, Pages 1368 through 1486, and the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 14243, Page 1040, as amended from time to time, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium as set forth in said Declaration, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
commonly known as 2747 Via Capri, Unit 1132, Clearwater, FL 33764,
Parcel Identification # 29-29-16-32776-000-1132.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
